Elaborates on the network architecture and operation of 911 system including routing, MPC and SMLC functionality.

Discusses and shares experiences with designing and implementing new E911 Phase 2 requests.

Elaborates on product strengths and weaknesses vis-à-vis competitive products.

Subject Matter Expert

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of implementing E911 services in multiple and complex environments.

Works with vendors to develop product requirements and roadmap.

Promotes planned product enhancements and migration strategies.
